KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) has acquired a Singapore-incorporated company, Berjaya North Asia Holdings Pte Ltd (BNAH), for S$1, or around RM2.46, in what could be a move to strengthen its presence in Japan.

“BNAH is principally an investment holding company and has a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Japan, whose intended principal activities include investment holding and property investment and development,” BLand said.
