KUALA LUMPUR: PIE Industrial Bhd has proposed a total of 35 sen per share dividends, comprising 23 sen special dividend and 12 sen first and final dividend, for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2008. The ex-date for both dividends is May 25 and would be paid on June 9, if approved, PIE said in a statement on April 28.
