KUALA LUMPUR: Tamco Corporate Holdings Bhd's shares will be suspended from Sept 10 as the company had failed to appoint a sponsor and make requisite announcements on its regularisation plan before the Aug 30, 2009, deadline.

The company said yesterday it had been accorded five market days by Bursa Securities to make written representations as to why it should not be delisted.
