Doraley Asset Mgmt sells 32m SAAG shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Doraley Assets Management Ltd disposed of 32.49 million shares of SAAG Consolidated (M) Bhd, accounting for 2.89% of the latter's paid-up, between Oct 28 and Nov 3.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed Doraley Asset Management sold eight million shares on Oct 28 and 1.68 million shares the next day and 5.58 million shares on Oct 30.
On Nov 2, it sold 10.277 million shares and 6.95 million the shares the next day.

The share price was trading around 21.5 sen during the Oct 28 to Nov 3 period. At 21.5 sen, it is trading at a price-to-earnings of 10.63 times.

Doraley Assets Management is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
