Perisai Petroleum's largest shareholder sells three million shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Mercury Pacific Marine Pte Ltd, the single largest shareholder of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd, disposed of three million shares on Nov 3.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the Singapore-based shareholder's stake was reduced to 25.25% or 167.26 million shares after the disposal.

The share price closed at 59.5 sen on Nov 3.
