PENANG: Plenitude Bhd subsidiary Plenitude Heights Sdn Bhd has launched its Bayu Ferringhi semi-detached homes, priced from RM1.76 million onwards.

In a statement yesterday, Plenitude executive chairman Elsie Chua said it consisted of 44 three-storey semi detached homes spanning from 3,442 sq ft to 4,069 sq ft. It is expected to be completed in June 2011.

She said the whole Bayu Ferringhi Development comprising the semi-Ds as well as the condominium was a freehold title project sited on about 11 acres of land. The development comes with 24-hour guard services and CCTV monitoring security system in common areas and carparks.

The 32-storey deluxe condominium has 112 units, with only four units to each level and each unit has a commanding view of the sea. The prices of the units, ranging from 1,777 sq ft to 5,872 sq ft, start from RM764,000 upwards. The condominium is expected to be completed in March 2012.

The launch event yesterday was graced by popular Singapore comedian Gurmit Singh aka Phua Chu Kang.
