Astro unit gets US$35m facility from DBS Bank

KUALA LUMPUR: Astro All Asia Networks Plc subsidiary Astro Global Ventures Ltd has obtained a US$35 million (RM118.3 million) term loan facility from DBS Bank Ltd for the group's general corporate and working capital purposes.

In a statement today, Astro said it had given a guarantee for the facility which had a tenure of 3½ years from the first date of utilisation of the facility.
