KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the securities of Idaman Unggul Bhd will be suspended effective Friday (June 5) until further notice, the company announced yesterday.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd had given a notice of suspension to the company after it failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission and other relevant authorities for approval within the stipulated deadline of May 29.

Bursa Securities had not granted further extension of time to Idaman for the submission of the revamp plan. Idaman has five market days to write to Bursa Securities on why it should not be removed from the official list of Bursa Securities.
