Goldman Sachs sells 10.95m StemLife shares

KUALA LUMPUR: The Goldman Sachs International has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of StemLIfe Bhd after the recent disposals of 10.95 million shares recently.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed Goldman Sachs disposed of 5.70 million shares on Jan 12 and another 5.25 million shares on Jan 13.

After the recent disposals, it ceased to be a substantial shareholder when its shareholding was reduced to 3.99 million shares or 2.41%.
