HSL secures RM35.79m Sarawak road project

KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) has secured a RM35.79 million road project in Sri Aman from the Sarawak Public Works Department.

It told Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Jan 22 it had received the letter of acceptance of tender for the proposed Lubok Antu/Lemanak/Engkari Road (Package B), Sri Aman Division (Phase III – From Ng. Kesit to Ng. Gugu).

The scope of works includes earthworks, drainage, flexible pavement and bridges. The works of the Project will be due to be completed by February 2011.

Hock Seng Lee said the contract was expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of HSL Group for the financial years ending 2010 to 2011.
