MMC Corp sells 15m IRCB shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of Integrated Rubber Corporation Bhd (IRCB), whose share price had rallied in recent weeks in line with the broader latex glove sector, saw MMC Corp Bhd selling 15 million shares on Jan 26.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the shares disposed accounted for 6.33%. The shares closed at RM1.38 that day.

After the disposal, MMC Corp's shareholding was reduced to 32.49 million shares or 13.72%.

The largest shareholder in IRCB is Chip Lam Seng Bhd which owns 39.02% or 92.4 million shares.
