HLFG to issue RM2b debt paper for working capital, investment

KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd has proposed to issue medium-term notes (MTN) up to RM2 billion in nominal value  to raise funds for its working capital and investment purposes.

HLFG said today the MTN would be issued by its unit HLA Holdings Sdn Bhd and the tenure of proposed MTN programme would be six years from the date of the first issuance of the MTN.

CIMB Investment Bank Bhd is to be the principal adviser and lead arranger for the MTN programme.
