KUALA LUMPUR: Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd has sealed an agreement with Allexcel Trading Sdn Bhd for the exclusive sales and distribution of Red Bull energy drink in Malaysia.

The agreement which takes effect on April 1, 2010 is expected to contribute some RM120 million in revenue in the first full year or about 10% of F&N Beverage's sales revenue.

F&N Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd, the soft drinks arm, will undertake the distribution.

F&N chief executive officer Tan Ang Meng said on Wednesday, Feb 10 the group was on the lookout for opportunities to expand F&N's network of business alliances with leading beverages companies for mutual benefits.
