Kian Joo sells land for RM6.2 million

KUALA LUMPUR: Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd will rake in RM6.2 million from the sale of a 0.2ha parcel of freehold land (1,962.791 square metres) here to MWE Properties Sdn Bhd.

In a statement to the bourse, Kian Joo said the buyer and seller had signed the sale and purchase agreement today.

The disposal is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Kian Joo and the government.
