KUALA LUMPUR : CBS Technology Bhd has clinched a RM2.81 million project from a local bank involving the supply and implemention of system management software and services. The name of the bank was not disclosed.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia today, CBS said the job, secured via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cyber Business Solutions Sdn Bhd, is due for completion within three months.  The project is expected to contribute positively to CBS' financials in the current financial year ending December.

"The risks in relation to the project are normal project and business risks inherent in the information and communication technology industry, which the CBS group operates in. The group does not foresee any other risk factors that may materially affect the project and will undertake the necessary efforts to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs," CBS Technology said in its statement.
