Update Trading in Astro suspended until Wednesday

KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of Astro All Asia Networks plc was voluntarily suspended in the afternoon session on Monday, March 15 and will remain suspended until after market close on Wednesday.

A Bursa Malaysia Securities circular said the suspension, which took effect from 2.30pm, was pending an announcement of corporate proposal involving shareholders of company.

Astro rose eight sen to RM3.56 at the midday break with 4.55 million shares done.
