KUALA LUMPUR: Fitters Diversified Bhd has proposed a private placement of up to 13.12 million new shares of 50 sen each, representing about 10% of its paid-up capital, at 51 sen per share to independent third party investors to be identified at a later stage.

As at March 18, 2010, its paid-up capital totalled RM65.58 million comprising 131.16 million shares. Fitters said on Thursday, March 25, the issue price represented a discount of about four sen or 8% to the five-day weighted average market price up to March 25 of 55.44 sen.
