KUALA LUMPUR: Talam Corp Bhd’s 1.287 billion redeemable convertible preference shares (RCPS) of 20 sen each will be listed and quoted on July 1 under the conmpany's reviswed regularisation plan. A Bursa Malaysia circular said on June 29 that Talam’s 1.529 billion redeemable convertible secured loan stock (RCSLS) will also be listed on July 1. They comprise of 89.62 million RCSLS-B; 855.01 million RCSLS-C and 585.01 million RCSLS-D.
