KUALA LUMPUR: US fund Harris Associates LP continued to accumulate more shares in Media Prima Bhd and it acquired 5.02 million shares on June 26 and 30. A filing with Bursa Malaysia on July 3 showed the fund bought 4.8 million shares on June 26 and 222,000 shares on June 30. This increased its total shareholding to 101.44 million shares or 11.88%, based on Media Prima’s paid-up of 853.81 million shares. The fund had on June 22 to June 25 bought 13.51 million Media Prima shares.
