ISS Consulting MD sells 5.69m shares

KUALA LUMPUR: ISS Consulting Solutions Bhd managing director Harald Weinbrecht disposed of 5.69 million shares in the Mesdaq-listed company on July 3 at four sen apiece.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that Weinbrecht, who is also the chief executive officer, had disposed of the shares in an off-market deal.

After the disposal, his direct stake was reduced to 53.33 million shares of 20.84%.

Meanwhile, executive director Gloria Chan Mei Ling had disposed of 1.38 million shares on the same day and also at four sen apiece.

After the disposal, her stake was reduced to 3.81 million shares or 1.49%.

ISS Consulting offers computer hardware and software consulting services. Its shares reached a 52-week high of 20 sen to Dec 9 last year and its lowest was 3.5 sen on March 13.
