KUALA LUMPUR: IOI Corp has received Bursa Malaysia Securities’ nod to list up to 123.06 million new 10 sen shares issued following the voluntary takeover offer for IOI Properties.

IOI Corp said on April 3 that Bursa Securities had “approved in principle” the listing of the new shares.

“As all approvals required for the offer have been obtained, the offer has become wholly unconditional on April 3,” it said.

IOI Corp said it would post the cash portion of the offer consideration and credit the share portion into the Central Depository System accounts of all accepting holders not later than April 21.
