More than a year after the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) government in Perak was unceremoniously overthrown by its Barisan Nasional (BN)counterparts, the apex court is set to announce its verdict today.

Inside the courtroom, it is now packed with journalists, lawyers and several BN politicians from Perak.

Perak BN's Speaker Datuk R Ganesan is already in court while a policeman said that a seat has been set aside in court for BN Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir.

PR MB Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin arrived at 9.10am amid shouts of "Dissolve Perak Assembly" and "God is great" by his 100-odd supporters.

The yellow-clad BN jeered Nizar as he entered the court building while police just watched. Nizar was accompanied by his wife and DAP's Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham and shook hands with BN men, including Ganesan and Datuk Chang Ko Youn .

PAS supporters are seen praying outside court building.

PR lawyer Edmond Bon Twittered, "From my limited experience this may be sign BN has got 'wind' of a BN win. Have not seen them turn up in full force in any court during case".

Federal court will decide the outcome of the Nizar vs Zambry today.
