3. Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat holds a news conference at the VIP Lounge, Kuala Lumpur International Airport at Putrajaya at 10.45am.

4. Election Commission chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof chairs meeting to set the date for the Batang Ai state by-election followed by a news conference at The Hilton, Kuching, Sarawak at 11am.
