KUALA LUMPUR: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat did not disclose any names or dropped any hints of anyone who could be held responsible in the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal.

Public Accounts Committee (PAC) vice chairman Dr Tan Seng Giaw today said despite repeated attempts by the committee to get Ong to name persons responsible, the minister did not do so and stressed that it was sufficient to refer to the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report on PKFZ for such information.

"He (Ong) tried his best to answer the questions. You must realise that he came in as minister after March 8, 2008. Many of the things happened before that," Tan told reporters after about three hours of testimony by Ong today to the PAC.
