Felda Global listing to go ahead without KPF

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 22):  Felda Global Ventures Bhd’s proposed listing will go ahead without FELDA Investment Co-operative (KPF).

Its chairman Tan Sri Mohamed Isa Abdul Samad said on Wednesday a new entity will be appointed to represent the settlers.

Isa said the proposals for the listing have been submitted to the Securities Commission and the listing would either be in May or June.

A news portal reported on Tuesday that KPF had cancelled its EGM, scheduled for Wednesday, following a a temporary court order blocking the transfer of shares from the co-operative to FELDA Global
