<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement on Thursday, it said Veerinderjeet has over 40 years of experience in tax management across the public sector, academia, professional firms, and the corporate sector. He was appointed by the Ministry of Finance as part of the Tax Reform Committee from 2018 to 2020.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Currently, Veerinderjeet holds several key positions, serving as the Chair of the Ethics Standards Board of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a council member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), and an executive committee member of the International Fiscal Association (Malaysia Branch).</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>
